  • Ready-to-Wear: Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 2–4 weeks. From there, delivery takes approximately 8–10 days—just enough time to plan your entrance.

  • Bespoke: Exceptional things take time. Our bespoke pieces are made to order, with delivery beginning 8–10 weeks after purchase. Once dispatched, allow 8–10 days for delivery to your door. Luxury is never rushed—but always arrives in style.

While we’re working hard to get your order to you, we can’t take responsibility for any delivery delays caused by things beyond our control—like customs issues, strikes, bad weather, natural disasters, or even nuclear disasters

Return Policy

Since every piece is Made to Measure and Made to Order, we embrace the uniqueness of your creation, meaning we can’t accept returns once your masterpiece is yours. However, if a genuine defect arises on your customized item, we’ll be happy to assist. Simply return the item in pristine condition, with all tags still attached, and we’ll take it from there.

Items that are damaged, soiled, or used in any way will not be accepted. As for sale items, they’re forever yours—non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

Please note: returns must be reported within 2 working days of delivery. Simply reach out to us at customer care with:

  • Your Order Number  
  • Full Name  
  • Contact Number  
  • Clear images of the defect or damage  
  • An unboxing video showing the issue

 If we find the product genuinely defected and can’t be corrected, then the refund will be generated after 4 days of recieving the product.
